Pulled Chicken Sandwiches with Pickled Onions

Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls

4 Pounds Chicken Breast

3 Tablespoons Barbecue Rub

2 tsp salt

Serves: 8


Step 1

Preheat oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Season chicken breasts generously with Barbecue Rub.

Step 3

Put chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Add ½ cup water.

Step 4

Cover with tin foil and cook for one hour until a thermometer inserted into thickest part reads 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5

Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.

Step 6

With a fork pull chicken until all the chicken is in shredded pieces.

Step 7

Arrange meat on 8 Martin’s Sandwich Rolls.

Step 8

Top with pickled onion and Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
