Crab Grilled Cheese
4 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread
1/2 Cup Crab Meat, cooked
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 ½ Teaspoons Old Bay
1 Heaping Teaspoon Green Onions, minced
4 Slices Havarti Cheese
3 Tablespoons Butter, softened
In a small bowl mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay, pepper, and green onions. Mix well.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On unbuttered side of two slices, stack one slice of Havarti, half the crab mixture, another slice of Havarti, and another slice of bread, butter side up.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sandwiches on each side until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve warm.
