Martins Butter Bread

4 Cups Cooked Chicken, chopped

¾ Cup Mayonnaise, or more to taste

2 Stalks Celery, chopped

2 Tablespoons Red Onion, finely diced

2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Serves: 6


Step 1

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.

Step 2

Lightly toast Martin’s Butter Bread.

Step 3

Layer lettuce on bottom slice of Martin’s Butter Bread.

Step 4

Add prepared chicken salad on top of lettuce.

Step 5

Top with another slice of Martin’s Butter Bread and enjoy!
