Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar Sandwich

4 Martin’s Big Marty’s Rolls

1 Pound Deli Roast Beef, thinly sliced

5 Slices American Cheese

3 Tablespoons Milk

¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Signature Sauce:

½ Cup Ketchup

2 Teaspoon Water

¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder

Pinch of Salt

Serves: 4


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

On a sheet of aluminum foil, place roast beef in the center of foil. Fold up all four sides to completely enclose the beef. Bake for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together signature sauce ingredients and spread on bottom buns.

Step 4

In a pot on the stove on medium-low heat, add cheese, milk, garlic powder, and pepper and stir until completely melted and evenly combined.

Step 5

Remove roast beef from oven and layer evenly on Big Marty’s Rolls. Add cheese sauce, and more signature sauce. Close buns and serve immediately.
