5 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and thinly chopped
½ pound of Deli Ham, sliced thin
½ pound Swiss Cheese, sliced thin
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Garlic Butter:
8 Tablespoons Butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 ½ Teaspoons Poppy Seeds
Serves: 8-12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, lightly coat 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
Step 2
With a sharp bread knife, slice Party Rolls crosswise so that the rolls are split in half in sheets.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and garlic. Spread mixture over bottom sheet of rolls.
Step 4
Top bottom rolls with chopped jalapenos, ham slices, Swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese evenly.
Step 5
Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Brush garlic butter on cut side of top layer of rolls then place on top of cheese. Evenly brush remaining garlic over sandwiches, then sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Step 7
Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melty and sliders are golden brown on top, making sure they do not burn. Slice and serve warm.
