Hoagie RollsIngredients
1 Martin’s Hoagie Roll
2 Tablespoons Butter
1-2 Tablespoons Ketchup
6 Thin Slices Tomato
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced White Onion
3 Slices American Cheese
3 Slices Provolone Cheese
1-2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Serves: 1
Directions
Step 1
Open Hoagie Roll so that it lays flat (keeping top and bottom buns attached). Butter the flat side of the roll.
Step 2
Grill, butter-side down, or toast in oven or toaster oven until lightly toasted and golden.
Step 3
Spread ketchup onto top of Hoagie Roll. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes, a sprinkle of oregano, sliced onions, American cheese, and Provolone cheese. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
Step 4
Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden-brown.
Step 5
Serve open-faced; enjoy one of two ways: open with two halves or closed as a sandwich.
