Sweet Dinner Potato RollsIngredients
8 Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls and/or Martin’s Party Potato Rolls
8 Spicy Sausage Links (4 halved) and/or Mini Cocktail Wieners
1/4 Cup Potato Sticks
Ketchup with 1-2 Drops of Food Coloring
BBQ Sauce, optional
Mustard, optional

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Pan fry the sausages and/or cocktail wieners in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
Step 3
For larger sausages, cut in half widthwise. Then hollow out a hole through the center of Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls and insert the sausages, leaving the rounded end showing.
For mini cocktail wieners, hollow out a hole through the center of Martin’s Party Potato Rolls and insert the cocktail wieners. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 3-4 minutes or until the rolls are golden and toasty. Transfer to a serving plate and cool for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Insert potato sticks into rolls to resemble legs and antennae. Decorate with colored ketchup or BBQ sauce and/or mustard. Serve warm.
