12 Slider Potato RollsIngredients
6 Martin’s 12-Sliced (Slider) Potato Rolls, split
3/4 Cup Prepared Alfredo Sauce
5-6 Drops Black Food Coloring (add more as needed)
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or String Cheese (1-2 Sticks)
24 Whole Black Olives
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Step 2
Split the potato rolls in half so you have 12 mini pizza crusts. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, split side up. Bake for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
Step 3
In a small bowl, stir together the alfredo sauce and food coloring. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on top of each mini pizza.
Step 4
Top the pizzas with the shredded mozzarella or strips of string cheese in a spider web design.
Step 5
Place pizzas in the oven to bake for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and arrange the olives on top to form spiders (1 olive halved lengthwise for the body and head, and 1 olive cut into 8 semi-circles for the legs).
