1 Very Ripe Beefsteak Tomato
2 Slices Martin's Potato Bread
Fresh Black Pepper
Slice tomato into thick slices.
Toast bread slices. Spread a thin layer of butter on both slices.
Spread toast slices with a layer of mayonnaise. Top each slice with 2-3 slices tomato, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
Serve open-faced or as a regular sandwich. Enjoy!
