Strawberry Butter/Glaze

1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened

3 Tablespoons Water

8 Strawberries, chopped and mashed (about 1/2 Cup)

1/4 Cup Honey

1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (12 Rolls Total)

Serves: 12


Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat together butter and water on high speed until well combined and fluffy, at least 3 minutes. Scrape the sides as needed.

Step 2

Add the smashed strawberries and their liquid gradually to the butter and beat again until combined, about 2 minutes (Note: not all strawberry liquid will need to be added). Add the honey and beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 more minutes.

Step 3

Serve on Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls.

Step 4

To store, place in an airtight container and refrigerate until needed. Let soften at room temperature a few minutes before serving.

For Glazed Rolls:

Spread Strawberry Butter on top of Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-5 minutes until rolls are warm and butter is shiny.
