2 (10 Ounce) Packages Frozen Spinach, thawed & well-drained
2 Small Onions, very finely chopped
2 1/4 Cups Martin's Potatobred Stuffing
6 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Serves: 20
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 2
Form into about 1-inch balls; place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
(Makes approximately 60 balls).
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
