Smoked Salmon & Veggie Sliders

2/3 Cup Light Cream Cheese

2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped

3 Baby Dill Pickles, finely diced

1/2 Lemon, juiced

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

4 Martin's 12-Sliced (Slider) Potato Rolls

1/2 Pound Smoked Salmon

1 Cup Cucumber, thinly sliced

1 Cup Red Pepper, sliced

2 Cups Arugula

Serves: 4


Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, dill, dill pickles, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Step 2

Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom half of rolls and top with equal amounts of smoked salmon, cucumber, red pepper, and arugula. Top with top half of rolls.

Step 3

Serve and enjoy!
