Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
2 Packs Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (24 Rolls Total)
1 Pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 14-oz Packs of Smokies
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
½ Cup Butter, diced
Serves: 8-12
Directions
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients in a small slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours until butter and sugar are melted into a syrup.
Step 3
In the last 10 minutes of cooking, top slice each Party Roll. Be sure not to cut through entire roll.
Step 4
Place a cooked smoky into the slice of each Party Roll with bacon jam topping.
Step 5
Serve.
Variation: Mix ingredients in skillet on medium heat stirring often until butter and sugar have melted to form a syrup. Transfer to slow cooker to keep warm.
