4 Slices Martin’s Potato Bread
2 Tablespoons Butter
4 Slices Scrapple (About ¼ in. thick)
4 Eggs

Directions
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt one tablespoon butter to coat.
Step 2
Place scrapple into pan and fry until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove scrapple and set aside.
Step 4
Melt another tablespoon butter in pan to coat.
Step 5
Crack eggs into pan and fry for about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Meanwhile, place Potato Bread in toaster until it reaches desired color.
Step 7
Flip eggs to second side and cook briefly, about 30 seconds.
Step 8
Serve two eggs, two slices of scrapple, and two slices of toast together on a large plate.
