Sweet Dinner Potato RollsIngredients
1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls, split and halved
4 Tbsp Butter
Salt
Pepper
6 Ounces Bratwurst, thinly sliced
2 Medium Onions, thinly sliced
3/4 Cup Sauerkraut, drained of juices
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange potato rolls on a baking sheet and toast in oven about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 2
Place a skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once butter is melted add onions. Cover skillet for few minutes. Stir onions, making sure to scrape bottom of the pan. Add 1/8 cup of water and cover again. Stir onions again, making sure to scrap bottom of the pan. Repeat until onions are desired color and consistency.
Step 3
Remove onions and save for later.
Step 4
In same pan, add the sliced Bratwurst and brown. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
To assemble, place your toasted potato rolls onto a serving board or platter, and top each one with the following: 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut, a couple of Bratwurst slices, and some onions.
Step 6
Sprinkle over some parsley, and serve!
