Peach Salsa Dog

1 Peach, chopped

1 Jalapeño, diced

1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro

1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Kosher Salt and Black Pepper

4 Hot Dogs

4 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

Serves: 4


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together chopped peaches, jalapeño, cilantro, and lemon juice; season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook the hot dogs according to the package directions. Place one on each bun and, dividing evenly, top with the peach salsa.
