Ingredients


8 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

1 Pound Ground Beef

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tablespoons Paprika

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin

1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard

¾ Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

½ Teaspoon Ground Allspice

1 Cup Water

1 Medium Onion, finely chopped

8 Beef Hot Dogs

Toppings:

Yellow Mustard

White Onion. finely chopped

Celery Salt


Serves: 8

Directions


Step 1

In large skillet, cook ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and water over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in medium skillet, cook hot dogs over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Serve in Long Rolls, topped with mustard, meat sauce, white onion, and a pinch of celery salt.
