4 Ounces Lump Crab Meat (or imitation crab)

1 Cup Cooked Shrimp, roughly chopped

1 Large Jalapeno, finely diced

2 Tablespoons Scallions, chopped

6 Cherry Tomatoes, diced

2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/3 Cup Mayonnaise

4 Ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature

3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1 Dash Salt and Pepper

1 Dash Cayenne Pepper

3 Martin’s Hoagie Rolls, halved

Serves: 8-12


Step 1

Preheat oven to 365°F. Slice Hoagie Roll halves into four strips each. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.

Step 2

Prepare crab meat, shrimp, jalapeno, scallion, tomatoes, and dill.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and spices to taste.

Step 4

Mix in remaining ingredients (from step 2) and stir to combine.

Step 5

Spread a spoonful of the mixture over each bread slice.

Step 6

Bake canapés in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
