2 Tablespoons Roasted Red Peppers, sliced
1/4 Cup (Loosely Packed) Baby Spinach
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon Black Olives, sliced
1 Tablespoon Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tablespoon Mild Banana Peppers

Step 1
Spread hummus on both slices of bread.
Step 2
Top one slice of bread with spinach, cucumber, roasted red peppers, red onion, olives, banana peppers, and feta cheese. Top with second slice of bread, hummus-side down.
