Martin’s Holiday Dressing
1 Bag Martin's Soft Cubed Potatobred Stuffing
Small Pieces of Ham
1 Green Pepper, diced
Pico de Gallo (prepare the day before and refrigerate overnight)
3:1 Ratio of Tomato to White Onion
1 Small Lime (juice and zest)
1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
Salt, to taste
1 Butternut Squash, cubed
1-2 Fresh Scallions, diced
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large pot, heat a stick of salted butter on high and sauté ham and all vegetables until liquid steams off.
Place Martin’s soft cubed stuffing in a large baking dish.
Pour sautéed vegetables and ham over stuffing and mix ingredients with spoon before baking.
Lightly season with seasoning and bake one hour or until desired crunch consistency.
Sprinkle fresh scallions or your favorite herb over top for a fresh touch. Enjoy!
