Martin’s Garlic Breadcrumbs

4 Slices Martin’s Bread, stale or dried

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Serves: 5-7


Step 1

Place bread in food processor for 1-2 minutes, or until desired breadcrumb size is reached.

Tip: Use stale bread that is past its expiration date or bake a few slices of fresh bread in a 350* oven until slightly dried out, but not toasted.

Step 2

Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add garlic and stir. Cook until fragrant.

Step 4

Add Martin’s breadcrumbs and stir. Cook until golden brown.

Step 5

Use as a crunchy topping for pastas and casseroles or as a binder in meatballs, meatloaf, and more!

Tip: Breadcrumbs can be stored in an airtight container for several weeks.
