Made With
Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
12 Martin’s Party Potato Rolls, cut in half and flattened
1 Pound Bacon, cut in half cross-wise
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 24-count mini muffin tray with cooking spray. Arrange a halved Party Roll into each cup, gently pressing against the sides and bottom. Spray the bread cups with a light coating of cooking spray to prevent burning.
Step 2
Fry bacon in a large skillet, until almost done but not crispy. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain; let cool briefly before chopping into small pieces.
Step 3
Add about ½ tsp of brown sugar into each bread cup. Fill each cup with bacon, followed by a drizzle of maple syrup. Top with remaining brown sugar.
Step 4
Bake for approx. 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp and brown sugar is bubbly and caramelized. Tip: Broil for 30-60 seconds at the end if sugar is not quite caramelized. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
