1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls
4 Ounces Goat Cheese
½ Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
¼ Cup Pecans, chopped
Fresh Rosemary
Serves: 8-12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Slice each Martin’s Dinner Potato Roll in half and use a rolling pin to flatten. Cut off sides to create clean edges.
Step 3
Carefully press each piece into muffin tins, creating cups.
Step 4
Crumble goat cheese into small pieces and place inside each cup.
Step 5
Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and a sprig of rosemary.
Step 6
Bake fifteen minutes or until the goat cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Serve warm. Enjoy!
