4 Hot Dogs or Kielbasa Sausage Links

4 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls OR

12 Martin’s Party Potato Rolls (alternatively)

1/2 Cup Baby Potatoes, diced

2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

1/2 Cup Corn Kernels

Serves: 4


Step 1

Boil diced potatoes in a pot of water with Old Bay Seasoning until tender.

Step 2

Add hot dogs and cook for 5 minutes. Then add corn kernels and cook for 2 more minutes. Drain.

Step 3

If using Party Potato Rolls, separate into 4 rows of 3 and cut a slit down the center, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 4

Top rolls with hot dogs, potatoes, and corn; sprinkle with more Old Bay if desired. Serve.
