1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Honey
4 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls
In a small bowl, cream the butter with an electric mixer until it is fluffy.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and sugar into the butter.
Whip together with electric mixer until well blended.
Serve on Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls.
To store, place in an airtight container. Refrigerate when not in use.
For Glazed Rolls:
Spread Lemon Butter on top of Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-5 minutes until rolls are warm and butter is shiny.
