2 Martin's Hoagie Rolls
1/4 Pound Thinly Sliced Ham
1/4 Pound Thinly Sliced Capicola or Pepperoni
1/4 Pound Thinly Sliced Genoa Salami
1/4 Pound Thinly Sliced Provolone Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1 Thinly Sliced Tomato
1 Thinly Sliced White Onion
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
4 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar*
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Dried Oregano, to taste
Hot or Sweet Peppers, if desired
Serves: 2
Directions
Step 1
Open up the rolls and evenly layer on ham, capicola or pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese.
Step 2
Top each sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and peppers if desired. Slice and serve.
