Hummus Vegetable Sandwich

2 Slices Martin's 100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread

1/4 Cup Hummus

1 Tablespoon Tapenade (Olive Spread)

1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced

1 Carrot, coarsely grated

1/4 Cup Radishes, coarsely chopped

Step 1

Spread 1 slice bread with hummus; spread remaining slice of bread with tapenade. Top hummus with cucumber slices, carrot, and radishes. Place bread with tapenade on top to form a sandwich.
