Hot Dogs with Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients


8 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

3 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Tablespoons Honey

¼ Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Fresh Pineapple, cubed (about 1 cup)

1 Mango, cubed and peeled (about 1 cup)

½ Red Onion, finely chopped

½ Sweet Red Pepper, chopped

8 Hot Dogs


Serves: 6-8

Directions


Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt. Add pineapple, mango, onion, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Step 2

Grill hot dogs over medium heat until heated through, about 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 3

Place hot dogs in Long Rolls and serve with fruit salsa.
