4 Martin’s Hoagie Rolls, cut into thirds
6 Extra Large Hot Dogs, cut in half
2 Mini Cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
Mini bell peppers, cut into flag shapes
Ketchup and mustard, for serving
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Grill each hot dog half and place into sliced Hoagie Roll.
Step 2
Top with condiments of choice.
Step 3
Lace skewer through bottom of cucumber slice and then top. Add bell pepper flag on top of skewer. Then, add skewer to hot dog.
