Homemade Tartar Sauce
1 Cup Homemade Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Pinch Kosher Salt
1 Pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and minced onion. Stir in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
