Sandwich Potato RollsIngredients
2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
1/2 Large Onion
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Martin's Sandwich Potato Rolls
Serves: 9-10
Directions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and parsley and set aside. Run the garlic through the garlic press and also set aside. If you do not have a garlic press, finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 3
In a large bowl add all the ingredients (ground beef, chopped onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, panko bread crumbs and olive oil). Using your clean hands, begin to mix until all the ingredients and incorporated and evenly mixed.
Step 4
Using a 1/3 measuring cup, roughly fill it with the mixture to begin to make the burger patties.
Step 5
Using your hands, flatten the mixture to create a round shape. Make a small indentation in the middle of the patty with your thumb. This indentation will prevent the burger from getting a round dome on top.
Step 6
Place the prepared patties in the aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Once the sheet has been filled, you can place another sheet of aluminum foil on-top of the prepared patties and continue making the rest.
Note: You can make the patties up to a day in advance and store in the fridge.
Step 7
Light up the BBQ and let the grilling begin! We strongly recommend that you do not press down on the burgers with a spatula while they are cooking. By doing that you are removing all the juices and moisture from the burger. Nobody wants a dry burger!!
Step 8
Cook your burgers slowly and try to flip them the least amount of times. Once they have cooked to your preference, melt your favorite cheese and place on a burger bun. We love Martin’s Potato Rolls! Finish your burger with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
