Sweet Potato Fry Seasoning
– 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
– ½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
– ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
– ½ Teaspoon Salt
– ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
– ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
Prepare sweet potato fries according to package instructions. Meanwhile, stir together sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Once fries are cooked, while still hot, season with paprika mixture.
Step 2
Place ground beef in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add barbecue sauce and gently mix until incorporated. Form four patties and set aside.
Step 3
On a medium heat grill, cook patties until browned on both sides and internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit, about 3-4 minutes per side. Just before they are done, set one slice of Havarti on each patty to let the cheese melt.
Step 4
To serve, add barbecue sauce to the bottom of the roll, then cover with spring greens. Add the burger patty, more barbecue sauce, and sweet potato fries. Serve warm.
