Ham & Pineapple Sliders

Ingredients


1 Pack Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls
(12 rolls)

1 Pound Sliced Deli-Style Ham

12 Slices Fresh or Canned Pineapple

8 Slices Swiss Cheese

4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 Small Shallot, minced

2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  Fresh Parsley, for garnish


Directions


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3

Cut each sheet of Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls in half, horizontally (keeping the top and bottom halves separately in tact).

Step 4

Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls side by side in the dish.

Step 5

Layer the ham, pineapple, and cheese on top of the rolls.

Step 6

Top with the top halves of the dinner rolls.

Step 7

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.  Add shallot and cook for 1 minute.  Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and salt.

Step 8

Brush topping over the tops of the sliders.

Step 9

Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are golden brown.
