1 Cup Guava Paste
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Water
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls, for serving
Prepared Burger, for serving
Serves: 12-16; Yield: ~2 Cups
Directions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2
Bring to a boil and then lower heat to a simmer. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
When the sauce has reduced and thickened to desired consistency, salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and allow the sauce to cool for a few minutes.
Step 4
Serve sauce on top of a prepared burger or BBQ sandwich on a Martin’s Sandwich Potato Roll.
Step 5

Note – Store any leftover sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for future use.
