Grilled Brats with Sriracha Mayo

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup Roasted Sweet Red Peppers

3 Tablespoons Sriracha

1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

4 Fully Cooked Bratwurst

4 Long Potato Rolls

1/2 Cup Dill Pickle Relish

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion

Ketchup, optional

Serves: 4


Step 1

Mix together mayonnaise, roasted peppers, sriracha, and hot pepper sauce until well combined.

Step 2

Grill bratwursts, covered, over medium-low heat until browned and heated through, about 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 3

Serve in buns with mayonnaise mixture, relish, onion, and ketchup, if desired.
