4 Hot Dogs

4 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cucumber, diced, divided

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 Clove Garlic

1 Teaspoon Fresh Dill, chopped

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1/4 Red onion, diced

1/4 Cup Kalamata olives, chopped

1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Serves: 4


Step 1

Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In a food processor or blender, pulse together ¼ cup diced cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper, to taste. Stir mixture into yogurt and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2

Grill hot dogs according to package instructions.

Step 3

Assemble hot dogs by spreading 1 tablespoon tzatziki sauce onto each bun followed by a hot dog, more diced cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Serve.
