For Flatbread:
1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (12 Rolls)
For Icing:
1½ Cups Cream Cheese, softened
¼ Cup Butter, softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1¼ Cups Powdered Sugar
Recommended Toppings: (or use favorite fruits, as desired)
Strawberries, sliced
Blackberries
Raspberries
Kiwis, sliced
Grapes, cut in half
Mandarin Oranges

Directions
Step 1
For the crust, cut the sheet of Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls in half horizontally, creating two sheets. Roll flat using a rolling pin.
Step 2
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Toast flattened rolls on middle shelf for 3-5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl using an electric mixer. Slowly add in the powdered sugar until all ingredients are combined.
Step 4
Spread icing mixture evenly onto both half-sheets of Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls.
Step 5
Top the iced flatbread with desired fruit, and serve!
