5 Slices Martin's Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread
Butter
2 Pounds Sausage
10 Eggs
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Serves: 9-12
Directions
Step 1
Cut crust off of bread.
Step 2
Butter both sides of bread slices.
Step 3
Cook sausage and crumble on top of bread in a 9×13 buttered dish.
Step 4
Beat together remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour mixture over bread and sausage, then cover with cheese.
Step 5
Cover and let set 24 hours in refrigerator.
Step 6
Bake 45 minutes-1 hour at 325 degrees.
