Dog-Friendly Meatballs

1/2 Pound Ground Beef

2 Slices Martin’s 100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread (pulsed into about ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs)

1/2 Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained

2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley (or 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped)

2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1 Large Egg

Serves: 12


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan or a baking sheet with olive oil.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Form the mixture into 12 balls and arrange on the muffin pan or baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack.
