1 Loaf Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread, cut into squares
8 Large Eggs
2 ½ Cups Milk
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 ½ Cups Confetti Cake Mix
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
5 Tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles
Topping:
1 ½ Cup Confetti Cake Mix
½ Cup Salted Butter, cut into pieces
Serves: 10-12
Directions
Step 1
Grease 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, cake mix, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Place bread squares into casserole dish. Pour milk mixture over bread and gently stir to combine. Spread evenly.
Step 4
Spread sprinkles evenly over top of casserole. Cover casserole and store in fridge 2 hours.
Step 5
When ready to bake casserole, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6
Bake casserole for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, cut additional cake mix into butter until combined and crumbly.
Step 8
Remove casserole from oven and crumble cake mix streusel over top.
Step 9
Continue baking casserole for another 15-25 minutes, or until inserted fork comes out clean.
Step 10
Serve casserole warm with frosting or syrup.
