Butter Bread
Made With
Butter Bread

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1/3 Cup Gruyére Cheese, shredded

1/3 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded

Drops of Food Coloring, various colors

4 Slices Martin's Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Tablespoon Sprinkles, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together mozzarella, gruyére, and swiss cheese.

Step 2

Divide cheese between 4 bowls (or one for each color) and tint each with a different food coloring.

Step 3

Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, spread butter on one side of the four slices of bread.

Step 4

Place 2 bread slices butter-side down on the skillet. Top with the various colors of cheese to form a striped pattern, then cover with the other slice of bread, butter-side up. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese has started to melt and bread is toasted. Flip sandwich and grill for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Remove sandwich from skillet and spread with a bit more butter. Top with sprinkles.

Step 6

Enjoy warm!
