Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl Potato BreadIngredients
1 Loaf Martin’s Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Bread, preferably slightly stale
8 Tablespoons (1 Stick) Melted Butter
5 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Serves: 6-8
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Cut the bread slices into five vertical strips. (You should have about 9 cups of bread strips.)
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss bread crust pieces with melted butter, 4 tablespoons sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 4
Using two baking trays, toast the bread crusts for 10 minutes until crunchy and lightly toasted.
Step 5
After baking, sprinkle the remaining sugar onto the crusts while they are still hot.
