Chicken Chili Verde Sausage with Pineapple Salsa

4 Martin’s Long Rolls

1 Cup Mango Pineapple Salsa

1/3 Cup Cojita Cheese

¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Cilantro Lime Crema:

½ Cup Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Water, room temperature

1/8 Cup Fresh Cilantro

½ Lime, zested and juiced

¼ Teaspoon Coarse Kosher Salt

Serves: 4


Step 1

Prepare Cilantro Lime Crema: Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.

Step 2

Prepare sausages according to directions on package.

Step 3

Place each sausage into Long Roll and top with pineapple salsa, cojita cheese, cilantro lime crema, and cilantro.

Step 4

Serve warm.
