4 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
¼ Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/8 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/2 Cup Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
1/8 Cup Chives, chopped
1/2 Pound Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
1 Loaf of Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread
Serves: 10-12
Directions
Step 1
In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack cheese, and chives with fork until combined. Add shredded chicken. Stir until combined.
Step 2
Flatten one slice of Martin’s Old Fashioned Real Butter Bread with rolling pin. Cut off outer crust with knife to make flattened bread square.
Step 3
Spread thin layer of chicken mixture on bread. Roll up the bread gently and secure with toothpicks.
Step 4
With a serrated knife, gently cut roll-up into 4 equal pieces. Be sure to secure all four pieces with toothpicks.
Step 5
Repeat steps 2-4 until loaf of bread is completely used.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
