Sweet Dinner Potato RollsIngredients
5 Martin's Dinner Potato Rolls, halved
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Dill Weed
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Head Broccoli, chopped into small florets
1 Sweet Red Pepper, cut into various shapes
Serves: 10
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Cut each Dinner Potato Roll in half and arrange in a circle on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Step 3
Heat rolls for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Cool for 1-2 minutes and re-arrange wreath on a serving platter.
Step 4
In small bowl, beat together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in dill, Italian seasoning and garlic.
Step 5
Dice the red pepper. You can also make a bow out of the rounded bottom and strips of the pepper.
Step 6
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked wreath.
Step 7
Top with broccoli florets and red pepper pieces around the wreath to decorate. Attach red pepper bow and serve.
