Ingredients


4 Slices Martin's Potato Bread

2 Tablespoons Butter

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

2-3 Slices Prepared Brisket, shredded or chopped


Directions


Step 1

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Step 2

On two of the slices, buttered-side down, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, a layer of brisket, then a layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Top with remaining two bread slices, buttered side up.

Step 3

Grill sandwiches on a skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown and toasted on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
