6 Slices Martin’s Butter Bread, toasted and blended into crumbs
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Various Sweet and Salty Additions—see options below
Chocolate Bar, cut into chunks
White Chocolate Chips
Shredded Coconut
Pretzels, broken into pieces
Candy-Coated Chocolate
Nuts
Marshmallows

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, stir together bread crumbs, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Step 3
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and vanilla.
Step 4
Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix well. Stir in various toppings. Tip: We recommend using leftover foods you already have in your pantry. Examples above.
Step 5
Drop cookies (about a tablespoon each) onto an ungreased baking sheet. Tip: Cookies will not change shape in the oven, so we recommend using a fork to gently form into a flat cookie shape before baking.
Step 6
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
