Blueberry Ricotta Toasts

16 Slices Martin's Whole Wheat Potato Bread

Ricotta Cheese



Salt and Pepper, if desired

Serves: 16


Step 1

Toast bread and cut into about 3-inch rounds using a cookie cutter. (Note: if you do not have a cookie cutter, you can also use a round glass or cup).

Allow bread to cool.

Step 2

Spread ricotta on toasts and top with blueberries and honey. Season with a little salt and pepper, if desired.

Step 3

Serve on platter alongside a fragrant herb such as basil, rosemary, or sage.
