Blackberry Butter/Glaze

Ingredients

1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened

1 Tablespoon Honey

2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Blackberries

1 Pack Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (12 Rolls Total)

Serves: 12

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix butter with electric mixer until smooth.

Step 2

Mix in honey and powdered sugar.

Step 3

Mix in blackberries.

Step 4

Mix 4-5 minutes or until butter is smooth and berries have broken up to your liking.

Step 5

Serve on Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls.

Step 6

To store, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

For Glazed Rolls:

Spread Blackberry Butter on top of Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-5 minutes until rolls are warm and butter is shiny.
