Serves: 8
Directions
Step 1
Place the Camembert cubes in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
Step 2
Add butter and cream cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix with the mashed Camembert, until everything is well combined.
Step 3
Mix in diced onion, caraway seeds, paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Once all the ingredients are combined, place the cheese spread in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the ingredients to combine and develop their flavors.
Step 5
While the cheese spread is in the refrigerator, make bread cracker pretzels.
Step 6
Lightly toast Martin’s Bread of choice in a toaster or toaster oven.
Step 7
Use a cookie cutter to cut out pretzel shapes. Repeat this process until you have desired number of crackers. Place bread shapes on baking pan in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes until toasted crisp.
Step 8
Garnish cheese spread with a small pinch of caraway seeds and finely chopped onion. Serve with bread cracker pretzels.
